The ‘Sunny Smile’ vacation home, accommodates up to 14 guests, and the ‘Into the Blue’ rental accommodates up to 12 guests. Both housing rental options offer beautiful gulf views that can be enjoyed from the wrap-around deck. Enjoy free beach access across the street, as well as a spacious pool, and in-pool lounging chairs. There’s so much to do that you may want to stay, and that’s okay with us!
All rates and fees are subject to applicable local, state, and lodging tax at 15 percent. The $50 non-refundable fee and the refundable security/damage deposit is not subject to tax. Linens and towels are included and beds are made for your arrival. A cleaning fee of $170 per reservation will be assessed.
