All rates and cleaning fee are subject to the applicable local, state and lodging tax at 15%. The $50 non-refundable fee and the refundable security/damage deposit is not subject to tax. Linens and towels are included and beds are made for your arrival. A cleaning fee of $170 per reservation will be assessed.
